I liked some ideas I read on here about using glow sticks on the dark rides...but where can I find them since it's after Halloween? Thanks!

I would bet you could find them at a party store (Party City, Party America, et cetera).

99 cent stores, dollar tree... places like that. and for much cheaper than in the park!:thumbsup2

Party stores will be pricey, but Walmart has them in the birthday supply area. Also, oriental.com has some good prices. shipping can be pricey though.

I agree with 99 cent Store or Dollar Tree. Any dollar-type store will carry them year round.

yep dollar store, Wal-Mart, Kmart, target, Rid Aide, Longs, in the party section.

We have to use them for our daughter, she is autisitc and will not go on the dark rides with out them. They are great for that. Just buy a bunch, they have the bracelets too. I have even inter locked them in Georgias pony holder or bows! she thinks that is the neatest thing ever. She will just look at her self in the mirror for hours with that. hahaha

I got ours at a party store but I have seen them at the Dollar Tree. Wish I had known that before I got ours, they would have been cheaper.

You can also use small flashlights. We have a ride phobic 9-year-old and when he went on Roger Rabbit or Buzz a couple years ago, the CM gave him a flashlight to hold during the ride.

They also have the small keychain ones, you can clip on yourself so you dont have to pull them out each time you go on a ride, if you want to use a flashlight instead.

Order them online. You can get them as cheap as .49 cents each. Just Google for Glow Sticks. We buy a bunch to have on hand all year (necklaces, bracelets, and sticks).

We do the same thing, usually buy them on ebay. It's really cool to wear them on TOT and sit in the back row.

dollerstor or walmart. I bought a big bag at walmart but it was halloween time. I have heard they still had them it was 5dollers for 15 small ones

I got ours at the dollar tree! Kids have no idea I'm brining them. They will love it! :thumbsup2

You probably should have glowing stuff on dark rides. It ruins the experience for others in there with you. We were on a boat in pirates with people wearing flashing light necklaces and we made them turn them off.

Glow sticks and stuff don't give off too much light. But flashlights or the necklaces mentioned about are a no-no, in my opinion.
