Ok, I know this is a silly one, so be patient with me. :upsidedow What exactly is a smoothie? Is it just crushed ice cubes with a juice, or is there something in there like milk?

Usually there is some kind of milk or yogurt, plus ice, and usually fruit and/or juice (good ones have real fruit in them).

I am a huge smoothie fan, myself. I wish they'd put a Jamba Juice in WDW!

Also, if you're looking to try one, Auntie Gravity's has a good Strawberry/Banana smoothie. It's around $4, and is quite tasty.

Thanks for the info. :thumbsup2 I guess that means no smoothie for me. I don't tolerate diary very well and no way I'm going to risk getting sick while being at WDW. :goodvibes

I don't blame you, it's not worth getting sick!

Some places that sell smoothies (can't think of any in WDW) offer dairy and non-dairy versions. If you ever have the opportunity to go into a place like Jamba Juice, you might want to ask about it or try one.

Have a great time on your next trip!

I try to stay away from the ones with yogurt etc., I love dairy but not in my smoothies :confused3 Most places I go to, have a variety of flavors where some contain yogurt/milk, some don't. My preferred type are frozen fruit blended with juice.
