Okay, I have a silly question. Barb, I know you will know the answer! We will be in SPR 5520 on the Wonder. Which is, of course, on Deck 5. Well, I have seen a picture on the Magic, of the main Hallway which goes by the Buena Vista Theater... And I think it is gorgeous. A lot of beautiful deep red used. Heavy drapery, etc.

My question. Is the decor in this area a lot different on the Wonder? Just wondering!

Well I'm not Barb, but I have been on both ships. :) The Wonder decor has more blue tones, the Magic has darker wood tones. I always get this mixed up, but I think the Magic is art deco style and the Wonder is art nouveau.

Personally I prefer the decor on the Wonder but prefer the longer cruises on the Magic. :)

I'm with Michelle...I prefer the Wonder!
The only big difference I noticed on the Magic on deck 5 was the aft hallway near the elevators is silver...I like the Wonder's better, probably because I am more used to it. But most of the differences are very subtle, other than big things like Beat Street vs. Route 66 (I find Route 66 much brighter) and of course Triton's and Lumiere's. Also, the artwork in the staterooms is different...same pictures, but not in the same staterooms. For example, my favorite overbed picture that is in 5650 on the Wonder is not in 5650 on the Magic. However, I think some of the pictures, like the one of Walt and Lillian on a cruise for their honeymoon, are the same on both ships.
