Silly Question ......I Hope

Hi Folks

This is a silly question, well I hope it is.

I have been unfortunate enough to be caught by a speed camera, the first time I've done anything wrong in 26 years of driving. I was going slightly faster than I should have been, so I shouldn't complain. There was a valid reason, (rushing to get to the hospital) but I'm not prepared to go to court to argue the point.

I have to take my licence to the office of the court to have it endorsed with the three penalty points and pay the £60 fine.

My question is this: will having this endorsement cause any problems when I try to pick up my car at MCO? As you know the car hire people look at your licence, do you think they will try to increase the insurance or something like that.

I hope not, but I just don't know.

Just claim you were 'unlucky' thats what I always do....
unfortunatley I have points on my license but can confirm I have never had a problem collecting my rental car.
