Silly question about sunset in December

This is my first trip to Disney in the first week of December, Very Excited.
What time does the sun usually go down. Reason for the question is actually I was curious as to what time the Osbourne Family Lights go on at MGM.
Have some dinner reservations for 7:50PM the nite of the day we are spending at MGM. But wanted to see the lights.

Don't feel silly! I was actually surprised the first time we went in December. For some reason, being at WDW I expected the sun to be up later. But it sets about the same time as it does at home in Kentucky. You can expect the sun to set there at the same time it does in Penn., I think it's dark by 6:00.

I know, isn't it sad that here we are fully grown resonably smart adults and we expect Disney to be so magical that the sun would set later?

I would think that in December, as you are closer to the start of winter, the tilt of the earth would be such that the shadow of nightfall would occur earlier the farther north you go. If you look at those earth viewers that show the shadow of night around the globe, the shadow and the curvature of the earth do make it so that it might be dark in PA and still light in FL despite their being roughly the same longitudes.

The effect would be in minutes rather than hours, but I think you could conclude that it will get darker later in Florida at that date than some cities to the north of Orlando, but not by much.

However, I think your question is already answered, so never mind.
