Silly Me!!

Hi all. I need some help in locating a design I happened to stumble upon yesterday and forgot to write down the designer. It was the Alphabet royal blue letter(that had little red and yellow Mickey balloons) with Mickey holding a bunch of balloons. If someone could let me know who the designer was. I have tried looking through the ones I thought it might be but I wasn't successful.
