When we go out to eat as a family we usually always go to what we call crayon restaurants (restaurants that have crayons and things for the kids to color) because we know that those places are kid friendly. Although my kids are really unbelievably well behaved in restaurants should I bring something for the little one to do while waiting for dinner? Is the dinner rather long? I'm afraid they would possibly have a long wait if we are seated with other people and they are late comers. Do they usually have something to entertain them while they wait for dinner or have parents found the kids aren't bored at all?
My son, who is an extremely picky eater, asked me to ask if there are hamburgers available in the restaurants at dinner time? If not, am I allowed to smuggle one in from Pluto's?

. But they do have pizza, chicken fingers, & mac & cheese. They may have had hot dogs too but I don't remember.
The head waiter also played on the Gameboy... and looking around at other tables, the kids are almost if not like, "kings and queens" during dinner time...
