Silly concierge question

We stayed at the GF Concierge in October, and now we're going to POFQ.

So my question is...Is there any concierge there? It says "concierge desk" on disneys website, just not sure what that means, and I was on hold for almost 10 mins then I gave up lol!

Lobby Concierge is the new name for the guest services desk that's found in all Disney resorts. It's available to all guests and they can look up dining availability, print out boarding passes, etc.

Just to add to what TammiMcMan said, all resort now have a Lobby Conceirge even if they have a full Conc. POFQ does not offer Full Conc. service, only the deluxe resorts.
