My 180 day mark is on June 5. That is the day that I have to be at my kids school by 7. I will not be back until 10 am (noon EST). I am not planning CRT but I really want to go Le Cellier if I wait until noon EST will I lose out? We are going the first week in December.

My general sense is that LC goes "fast but not CRT fast." Of course that's not a specific answer - sorry. Anyway, are you staying on-property? If so, you can call Dining 180 days from your check-in date and make ADRs for up to 10 days from that check-in date, rather than have to make separate calls 180 days in advance of each ADR you want to make. So the more towards the end of your stay that you want to dine at LC, the more advantage you would have in booking that ADR over guests staying off-property.

7 am in Montana is 9 am in Florida.:thumbsup2 If you really care, you should be able to make your call before you go to the school.

Honestly, we just made an ADR for LC less than 180 days out in the evening...during free dining. It shouldn't be too hard to get one for your trip 180 days out, but who knows when it comes to the mysteries of the ADR system?
