Do they still have artists cutting silhouettes in Magic Kingdom? If so, does anyone know if they have regular hours or are they limited? Thanks for your help!

I don't know about hours but yes, we saw them in Jan/Feb this year.

Are they still in Epcot too? I think France area? We got one done years ago and need an update with a new addition to the family this trip!

Bumping this as we are in Epcot and the artists are not here. They were in MK yesterday. Should have done ours yesterday but ran out of time, sigh
