Silhouette on Main Street

For anyone who has had a silhouette done on Main Street, how busy does it get?? Are they open during all park hours? Does the line of people get “shut down”? Are there certain times that are less crowded etc?

We put off getting one until our last day. We tried around noon and they had closed the line until after lunch, when it would be too late (leaving for the airport). So sometimes it does get really busy.

I had a similar experience as the person above. Waited until early afternoon on the day we were leaving, and they closed the line for lunch breaks for the artists and I missed my chance. On my next trip we did it right around 8 am and there was maybe a 5 minute wait. Don't leave it until the last minute if you really want it done!

I just went to Disneyland yesterday, and I noticed that they also do silhouettes inside the Disneyana store on Main Street. If the line at the Silhouette Studio is too long, you may want to check out that alternative.

I think it just started at Disneyana recently - like within the past couple of months.

It was not open at 10 am this morning. The cast member said that it opens around 1:30 and stays open until around 9:30 pm, depending on the lines.

They also do silhouettes of pets if you bring a profile picture with you
