Just yesterday we were at a birthday part and found out friends of ours are going to WDW next week, and another person there was a Disney freak. We got talking about trying to get Cindys and someone asked whats that number again? DH and I both rattled off 1 407 WDW-DINE. Then to boot I showed them DH's cell phone...it has the number to DL Dining programmed in.

OMG! I got the same cast member twice in a row. It was totally embarassing. She recognized my voice and said, "You changed your mind already?"

And during my last call, to re-re-re-confirm all my ADR's, the CM said, "Wow, you call a lot!"

I just called again! I got the snippiest CM, I'm desperately seeking a Turkey Day dinner at Cape May. 6 members of my family are already in and we can't get a table for two to save our lives! This CM immediately says "All restaurants are booked for Thanksgiving except for EPCOT." I said you checked that quick, and she said, "yes, I did miss." So Rude!

Oh well, I'll keep trying. Thanks for shedding some humor on a very frustrating situation!

Or one could create an entire web site based on making sure he got a Thanksgiving Dinner PS (it was PS back in '00) for his family.

I finally gave up on trying to change our GF Afternoon Tea to a party of three. But, now it looks like we may have to attempt to change our R&C to a party of three instead of a party of two for lunch on 12/16, but of course, Gabby's best friend from high school will not know if she is joining us for another week or two! I have Disney Dining programmed into my cell too....and after making 90+ PS last month and the prior month, yeah, it's crazy but they recognize your voice, name, and already know your res number and home phone number!

I think they should just give you your own terminal. Of course then they'd have to fire three Disney Dining CMs!
