signing tickets

Have done a search but can't find all the answers I need so here it goes.

Do i sign my park tickets now or on my first visit.

Can I sign for my children or do they have to do it themselves (ages 10 & 7)

I have 7 day premium tickets, character breakfasts, universal muliti-day, and discovery cove. (can't see any where to sign with discovery cove).

Thanks in advance, I know someone will have the answers.

You an sign them ahead of time. You could sign for your children. Once you use them though you can't switch among users.
