Signed Contract

When do you get the signed contract back form your planner? We sent our LOA to DFTW back in June, I got confirmation that it was signed, and we were assigned a planner. I have not gotten anything back from her, I emailed her the other day but got a message that she was out of the office for a couple of weeks.

Should I contact her assistant? Or am I just being impatient?

I don't think you're impatient. I would say ours was back within 3 weeks at the most. It seemed like a quick turn around. June was a long time ago, lol. I would call on Monday. I have found that for important things, calling is best. Also, I copy my planner's assistant on all emails as standard practice.

Contact her assistant. She's probably the one who handles getting it back to you, anyway, once it's signed by all required parties.

i would not hesitate to contact your planner or assistant - but we found that everything generally was a bit longer in coming then we anticipated. so no worries!
