Signature Restaurants & kids?

I have always taken my kids to resturaunts. We went to the Yachtsman the last trip with my 8 month old and a 6 year old. I wasnt worried about my 6 year old because she loves dining out but I did ask for an early reservation for my 8 month old and I did not want to disturb other diners and said this to the CM at reservations and she said there are always lots of kids there.

This trip we are trying Tutto Italia for Easter and I did the same thing and have the first ADR because my son is not as good as my daughter dining out. but I always bring snacks that he likes and things he likes to do
