Signature Rest. Help needed

I am planning on eating at 2 signature restaurants from the dining plan while at WDW in November. I have already picked CA Grill (my favorite), but I need to add one more. Tell me where you would go and why. We don't like Coral Reef, but are open to all other suggestions. HELP...

Have you ever done HDDR? The food is Okay salad, rolls, fried chicken, corn, beans, strawberry shortcake, etc. The show and the atmisphere is just great. If you are looking for a great "dining" expericence it is not the place, for that I like Yachtsman steakhouse at the Yacht Club resort (you really need to be a steak eater). My DH and I like Artist Point: Diffferent foods (Buffalo, Wild Salmon) and the atmosphere is nice. Plus you can look around the WL if you have never stayed there.

Flying Fish at the Boardwalk (seafood ig good). Very noisy.

We are trying Chefs de France and Wolf Gang Pucks this go around. Maybe Le Cellier for lunch.

Jiko's our favorite overall restaurant, in and out of Disney. I really haven't been able to tear myself away from it to try the other signatures besides the California Grill.

It you want to go to MGM I would suggest Brown Derby, if you are looking at a resort, we have ereally enjoyed Narcoosee's.

Another vote for Artist Point. We are only doing one nice dinner on our next trip, since this is our second trip in one year thanks to APs. And Artist Point was the overwhelming winner with the adults and kids (my nephews loved the paint your own cookie dessert). The wine selection is also very nice. Thank goodness we use Disney transportation!

We love California Grill and Narcoosees! but I have heard Citricos is amazing! and we are trying it this trip.

I like Artist Point, Bistro de Paris, Narcoossee's and Le Cellier.

We have loved Artist Point for years. Consistently delicious.
We tried Narcoosees this past August & had a Spectacular Evening. Everything about our experience was perfection - Food, Service, Atmosphere, Pacing, Wishes.....

It was added to our list of Musts with California Grill, Artist Point & Kona.

I am a huge fan of Flying Fish. Great, very memorable seafood and service.

I've also heard good things about Jikos and Citricos, but haven't tried them yet.
