Signature problem

As you can see below, most of my signature appears as if it is a LINK. Can anyone tell me how that happened, and most importantly, how to change it so it will be regular text and not underlined link?

Hi Jody...
I think I figured it out. What I did was remove a code you had after your name and before the places you stayed. It was the first time I had ever seen that code and what it caused, so I took it out and it seems to be fine now. I also sent you a pm explaining a little more in detail.
