Signature pictures side by side?

How do you get your signature icons to be side by side? No matter what I try, or what size they are, they end up on top of each other.

My signature simply has the two image commands back to back with no spacing between the two. Something like this:

I just put the SSR next to the countdown. Look at your signature code and see that there are no spaces between those lines of code.

I actually had mine side by side, and wanted them top to bottom. My image commands looked exactly as PSC describes, and when I placed my cursor in between the two
