Signature Help Please

I've made myself a new signature, which is pretty much working and I'm pretty pleased with myself too!

However, I've too problems I need some help with.

First - could someone make me some brown numbers - or tell me how to change them to brown in my graphics package - I can't seem to find and easy way to do it,

and Secondly - is it possible to get rid of the colon in the time?
