The details posted for this year say "access to select attractions", but the FAQ from the 2015 event notes that only two attractions were closed (Crush ‘n Gusher and Shark’s Reef) during the event due to safety concerns with low-lighting levels during the evening hours. Anyone attend last year that can confirm?

We are booked for 6/23 - only a bit bummed about the entry time change from 2015 (7PM to 8:30PM).... Other than that we are looking forward to this on our last vacation day!!

I called on Saturday afternoon, 4/9. I was a little worried when I was helped through dining reservations that I was in the wrong place. We are taking extended family to WDW and are staying at Kidani in four rooms. I was able to get reservations for all 19 of us. I asked if some decided not to attend (the ones with kids - might think it's too late) and he said to call and cancel those not needed. He did not mention the 8:30 time to me and I really hope we are able to get in at 7:00 like reported from last year. I can see our group staying from 7-9:30 or 10, but not sure how many will go if we can't arrive until 8:30. I was hoping we could attach it to our MDE, but when I tried putting in the confirmation number, it didn't work.

Did anyone get an email confirmation? I didn't and wish I had something in addition to the reservation number the guy had me write down.

Sounds like people are getting different answers what will happen if we show up at 7 like we were told??? Will we have to wait outside for an hour and a half???

I was told the party is at 9:30 & we can arrive as early as 8:30.

From the member website, the reservation guidelines are as follows:

• Friday, April 8, 2016: Open to Members who have a valid Resort reservation at Walt Disney World® Resort on an event date, or a reservation at Disney's Vero Beach Resort or with a Disney Cruise Line sailing out of Port Canaveral, Florida within one day before or after an event date.
• Friday, April 22, 2016: If the event dates have not reached capacity, bookings will be open to all Members at this time.

Perhaps there will be an up-tick in reservations from local DVC members starting on Friday, but I don't recall any threads from last year indicating that any of the TL events were sold out in 2015. I would think that you are far enough out to have a good chance of getting what you want. Congrats on your new contract, and Welcome Home!!

Only resale buyers who submitted to ROFR after 4/4 are restricted from booking parties. That class of owners doesn't exist yet, and won't for at least another month. And, then, we'll find out how (if) it's actually enforced, since booking parties seems to be outsourced to the dining reservation team.
