Booked Poly with free dining 8/24- 8/31.
Does Disney automatically send ME info or do I need to call them to reserve my space? TIA

We recently booked online and added our flight info in for ME. I don't think we have to call (unless we don't get our packet from them soon)

You need to proactively book with Magical Express at least 10 days in advance, at least ask at the time of making your room reservation.

I booked via phone. The CM never mentioned that I had to book ME separately.

Unless the CM asked if you wanted ME and then took your flight info you will need to call back and add it with the flight info.

When I booked online, it asked if I wanted to add ME, and it gave me the option of adding it on both segments of my flight (to MCO & back), only one-way, or not at all.
