Sign-up bonus for Disney Visa?

Does anyone have a code for a sign-up bonus when applying for a Disney Visa? I got $50 gift certificate when I signed up, other members of my family got $50 gift cards or $50 worth of points in their rewards account... Now I'm looking for a code for my father to sign up!

Thanks for the link! At the bottom, though, it asks for a code from your application or from an advertisement to be entered. Any sightings of a code recently? Or do you think I might not need the code?

hmmmm.....I really can't remember what I did there or if it was even there before....is there a # you can call?

Well, I gave it a try with that website in combination with an old code my mother had: 69Y501.

Here's to hoping it worked!
