Sign in page keeps refreshing?

So I think it may have to do with my Pi-hole (Self hosted ad block server) but every time I try to sign in on dvcmember.com it just refreshes before I have a chance to type my name and password. Does this happen to anyone else?

It's the ad-blocker. I would just exempt the domain and it should work fine.
