Sig/Avatar option not visible after 10 posts

After I joined yesterday, I noticed that you were allowed the option to have sigs and avatars after 10 posts with a brief time delay. When I logged onto the forum this morning, I noticed the options were still not there in the right hand corner. Would this be a glitch?

After I joined yesterday, I noticed that you were allowed the option to have sigs and avatars after 10 posts with a brief time delay. When I logged onto the forum this morning, I noticed the options were still not there in the right hand corner. Would this be a glitch?

Check again at 11:30a. You need to be a member for a minimum of 24 hours + 10 posts to have a signature and avatar.
