Side Dishes for Fish

I was planning on having fish filets (Tilapia) for dinner tonight but I don't know what kind of side dishes to have. I was definitely thinking of a salad. But I need at least one more side. Warning: DH does not like rice.

This was from a Cooking Light recipe a few years ago for breaded tilapia- buttered orzo macaroni with diced red peppers (the marinated kind in a jar), and a sprinkle of parmesean.

Actually that's a response I would get from DH. He thinks macaroni & cheese goes with everything!!!

Great suggestions. Keep 'em coming. Also one more question-how long does it take filets to thaw? The box says to thaw in a bowl of cold water. About how long would that be?
