I have had a very rough winter and I am sick...again. I have a double ear infection and sinus infection. Any training is out for this week (maybe Friday) b/c I can't even move w/o pain.
My longest run/walk was a month ago and only 7 miles. Since then I have been sporadically able to cross train only. Every time I recovered I got sick again, which is very unlike me.
I was planning to walk/run the princess, but now I am worried I will injure myself trying.
If there wasn't a sweep time I wouldn't worry at all. But that sweep is looming.
I am still going to go out and try it, but I know my body isn't ready. Which stinks b/c my training was going so well before the frigid weather and illness deterred me. Sigh.
Should I try anyway or just chalk it up to bad luck and curl up in bed that morning and hit the parks?
