Shuttles from Nick hotel?

Has anyone used their "complimentary shuttle service" to WDW or Universal/IoA? Just wondering if it's worth it, if it will get us there 20/30 minutes before rope drop, etc.

The Gaylord Palms is a huge resort hotel with an all-Florida issue. You can not fault the hotel Gaylord Palms, «huge glass atrium contains five restaurants, a Haagen-Dazs ice cream shop and a Florida creek complete with real Florida wildlife!
