I'm booking a shuttle to SeaWorld and the company, Mears, doesn't provide carseats. I'm bringing my son's on the plane but obviously I can't drag it around SW. I called Mears to find out what can be done and they said that in FL the law doesn't require carseats in public vehicles. We could be getting a large van or a bus. :sad2: Am I overreacting? The kids won't be carseats on the Disney shuttle..... Any suggestions or do I just cross my fingers????

We haven't taken the kids to WDW yet, but we have taken them on several airplane trips wehre we had to take a shuttle from the parking lot to the airport. Every time, we have them sit on our laps and wrap our arms around them. Since there are not seatbelts, at least on the shuttles I've been on, there's no way of anchoring car seats anyway.

My two kids and I were taking a car service from our hotel to Universal because hubby had the rental car for work one day of our vacation. We just called a few places in the phone book & asked if they had booster seats. (I needed two.) We really didn't have a problem. I think they had one, & I took one of mine. I was using them for my return trip & they just held onto the seat until they picked us up. Maybe this would work for you.

Well if you are a bus then there will be no way to use a carseat anyway. I do not think there would be anyway for you to use a car seat for any "shuttle" type service
