Shuttle to Car Care Center

Has anyone used the shuttle to the car care center? Is it reliable? They say you can call as little as 1 hour before you want pick up. Is that accurate? I will want a 7-730 am pickup so I can hit the parks. I used Enterprise in the past but they book up unless you call 2-4 days inn advance for a pickup. I dont want the same thing to happen at car care with Alamo

They're reliable, but while you can call as little as an hour before you want to be picked up, I wouldn't do that in your case. You already know the day and time; reserve your ride a day or more in advance - not because they'll book up, but because there may not be anyone to take your call at 6 or 6:30 AM.

I have used the shuttle twice and they were very reliable. I set up a time the day before and they were right on time.

I was just getting on to ask a question about the shuttle too. We will be renting a car at the airport, going to Universal for a day then to Disney. Looks like we will either be at POP, AOA or Poly and was wondering if I returned the car to the car center if they have a way back to the resorts?

They do - the same shuttle about which the OP is asking.

You both just need to be sure you pick up/drop off the vehicle during the hours the Car Care Center rental office is open. Those hours would be available at National's and Alamo's websites, or by calling.
