Shuttle from Embassy Suites > Schedule??

We are heading to DW in July and will be staying at the Embassy Suites just off the Disney property. The Embassy website says they have "scheduled" shuttle service but no where can we find the hours it operates. Has anyone used this service or know the times of operation??

We did call them, but they said the information was on their website...however their website is erroring and not viewable.

You could call them back and tell them the website isn't working properly and ask again for the information - reminding them politely that you do have other choices, and asking for the manager if necessary .

If they insist the information is available on their website, ask them to look it up and give it to you. Remind them that 40% of US households don't have Internet access. If they can find the schedule online, great, they can share it with you. If they also get the error, they'll (ideally) recognize the problem with sending potential guests to a non-working page for data.

We did end you speaking with their manager who was surprised we were have so much trouble with staff giving us the information. We did get it finally and eventually got to a website that lists the transportation available for many of the hotels around DW.

Actually very informative. Some of these times are not very good for arrival at the parks but they would do in a pinch.
