Shuttle from Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista

Has anyone had experience with taking the shuttle back and forth to Disney at LBV?

Just curious as we plan on staying there soon and want to know if anyone has had any negative experience with it.

They use the Platinum bus service. http://platinumtrans.net/embassy suites.pdf
The bus service was good. Not great but not bad either. For us we caught the 9:15 after a huge breakfast and then caught the 9:15 back to the hotel. It was about a 20 minute ride and at those times we got dropped off at the Ticket and Transportation Center. THe day we did Hollywood Studios we just made the Disney bus and that took another 15 minutes. The bus also had a movie playing and the kids enjoyed that.
