Shuttle Bus Provided By Hathorn Suites By Universal

Okay, I asked this a few weeks ago but I thought maybe someone has gone since then. We are staying at the Hawthorn Suites on Canado drive and are hoping to use the free shuttle provided. I know there are a million horror stories about shuttles but I was hoping that there was someone out there that has actually used these shuttles. Is anyone out there?
