I ordered 2 Shutterfly gift cards from Ebay. Each is $20. I asked the seller to email me the codes so I wouldn't have to wait to get the mail. The seller has 100% feedback, both as a buyer and a seller. And she has sold coupons and gift cards before, again with great feedback. Both of the codes are coming up as invalid when I try to enter them.
Edited: I tried entering one as a "special offer" code, and it worked. Well now I'm screwed. I thought this was a gift card. The Ebay listing says it's a gift card. It's showing in my account as "Dollar Rewards" from Target (had to sign into Shutterfly from Target to even get it to go through). So now I can't combine it with the credit I had in there. It's actually more expensive to order my stuff with this "gift card" than with my original promo code. What should I say to the seller? Should I ask for a refund?
