I got an e-mail from Shutterfly yesterday with this code - PBKC-SHIP. This will get you FREE SHIPPING on their photo books. It doesn't expire until 10/31, so plenty of time to put one together. Has anyone done one on Shutterfly, and how did it turn out? I order my digital pictures from them quite often and they do a good job with those! :thumbsup2

I ordered a photobook from Shutterfly when they sent me an email to make one for free. Could I pass that up? No way! The quality was great! It was leather bound - 20 pages, and I think it would have been $40. I did a Disney memories book - a page for each trip. I don't do scrapbooks, but I may make another photobook someday for each DS to have for his own. I also use Shutterfly for prints very regularly (I've been known to order 500 prints at a time), and I think the free photobook was a targeted offer that I received to try it out.

I haven't done a photobook (and I got that stinking email too but I forgot all about it and it expired :() but I did order some calendars and was very pleased. I also get prints often.

i do 5 or 6 photobooks each year, not leather cover, theyre awesome, they did take me 2 hrs each to do cuz i enhanced each image and added words, lots of wordsLOL, but we do LOVE the way they came out, great Nana gifts! :Pinkbounc

Only 2 hours! I probably spent 10-12 hours on mine! I even had to scan some old pictures that I didn't have digital, and even those turned out great. I also added lots of words. It took a lot of time just to select the pictures I wanted to use and then to pick a layout for each page. It was fun, but a lot of work, too! :thumbsup2

I just ordered my second book in as many months. I bought one of the annual discount plans. It was 29.99 for the year, and get a free photo albulm valued at 29.99! Couldn't resist, then I get 30% off of every print I order for the next year. In the meantime, I received an email for free photocards, so I got a set of 12 cards for free with our family pic on the front, will use these around the holidays. Also used my free photo albulm shipping code, you can use it up to 5 times per member account.

I spent 10-12 hours on the first book, then I edited that one for a different person and spent around 4 hours on the second one. Changing pics, adding captions and etc. took a LOT of time. Love the quality though.

Also, just received a notice for free 8x10's, I got two free based on the number of pics I ordered. Ordered an 8x10 of the kiddies with Chip n Dale! and another of a vacation pic.
