I figure someone here might know. I'm trying to do a Shutterfly book that I created in SBC+. I'm using their "digital scrapbook" path and every page is set as full bleed. However in the preview every page is cropped. I don't get it.

There was a warning about some cropping of the photos in the filmstrip section of the creation path that it said to ignore but should I expect that in the preview too?

I really don't want this book to turn out wrong.

ok - I recreated the book and it is better. I needed to mess with the cover image, that is the worst one.

Since 42 people read, I figured someone was interested and I thought I'd post my "fix" in case anyone else ran into the same thing.

I was creating an 8x8 hardcover book from 12x12 pages I made in CMs SBC+

The 1st thing I had to do was resize all my pages from 12x12 to 8x8 in Photoshop. I didn't that shouldn't really matter but it did. Since they were the same aspect ratio they should have just sized correctly but they didn't. I don't think they were missing the entire 4" difference but they could have been.

The cover was the worst! Even at 8x8 a big chuck was being cropped off the top and bottom. In Photoshop, I resized it to 7x7 and layered that onto an 8x8 black square. That image worked fine, in fact none of the black frame showed.

I used the image of the same black square for the back and spine photos.

HTH if someone runs into the same issues.

Thanks! I'm sure that I'll need to resize a 12 x 12 book to 8 x 8 someday.
