Is it any good?Im looking for a place to go this week for a great steak for dinner.Leaving tomorrow morning and wants ot have all my places setup for dinner.

My wife and I ate at Shula's and enjoyed the meal very much. The portions were very good for the money. We had no complaints on anything.

:p

Best steakhouse in Disney. I am from the Midwest, I know. One of the best restaurants in my opinion down there. Not really a kid place though, if that matters.

no kids this year so itll be perfect for us,want something quiet and romantic and great steaks.

Yes they do have good steaks, but we feel they are way overpriced on everything. Everything is ala carte. $8.00 for a side of broccoli is way out of line. Don't think I won't pay big buck for food as we usually once a year eat at Victoria and Alberts Chefs Table, but that is worth it.

It probably is the best steakhouse at WDW, but the best (individual) steak is at Flying Fish.

It isn't too kid friendly, not very Disney like either. It is expensive and kind of haughty, IMO (kind of like a men's club)...Not sure I'd consider it romantic though. BUT, if money is no object and you want a choice of a variety of GREAT beef cuts, Shula's will satisfy.

We love Shula's! I agree about it being expensive, but it's a great place to eat once in awhile or for a special occasion.

If you have to wait for a table, they give you a free glass of wine! :)

We think Shula's has the best steaks on property, no question. The lobster is wonderful, too.

One warning though -- when we've been there it has never been either quiet or romantic. It is popular with the convention crowd that stays at the Dolphin/Swan and, when we've gone, it has always been noisy with lots of big groups drinking (and the more big groups drink the louder they seem to get!).

If you want quiet and romantic, I'd suggest Victoria & Albert's.

Mortons is better, I think, but Shulas is the best on property :)

We loved Shula's - the steak was outstanding. The sides are expensive but more than 2 could finish with our steaks, and we skipped all other appetizers, salads, etc. We did save room for their creme brulee though, it was also outstanding. We went for an early dinner, when the opened, we had a wonderful experience. Quiet, romantic with great service.
