Please vote only if you've eaten steak at both Shula's Steakhouse and LeCellier.

DD18 and I want a good steak while we're on vacation; however, DD is very picky and would not care for anything out of the ordinary. I can't decide if we should try Shula's Steakhouse at the Dolphin or LeCellier. I'd love to hear your comments even if you don't vote. Thanks a bunch!

Shula's is hands down the best steak on property. There is no contest here.

I agree with OP. Definitely Shula's.... Le Cellier is nice for DDP option but if I'm paying OOP for our meal, Shula's win!

Shula's is a real steak house.
Le Cellier is an "Outback" with better theming.

I sense a pattern in the voting..

Le cellier would be "ok" if you just happened to be at Epcot, wanted to have a steak and had no time to go elsewhere.

But given any sort of choice, Shula's is FAR superior. In fact, we'll be eating there next week!

I really like Le Cellier's new signature dinner, but I didn't order steak (I tried my mom's, and it was fine). But Shula's steaks would definitely be superior.

One more vote for Shula's. There's really no comparison.

la cellier is very good, but definitely shulas is the best....its a toss up between shulas and yachtsmen, they are both unbelievable

I don't even think that's a close comparison. I like Yachtsman well enough, and they have some very good appetizers, but their steaks are not on par with what you can get at Shula's, either.

I voted for Shula's also. The meal and service were far superior to Le Cellier. At Shulas we received classic steakhouse service and the food was out of this world. Our meal at Le Cellier was before the switch to signature dining but it was one of the very few memorable occasions we had bad service in a Disney restaurant and the food was not worth the hype it gets online (imo).

Agreed. I've done Le Cellier twice (because IMO, every restaurant deserves a second chance) and it was just as marginal the 2nd time around. I've eaten at Shula's at WDW, in Miami, and in Michigan, and have never been disappointed.

We have been to LC at least 8 or 9 times ,always had the mushroom filet and never a complaint. Been to Shula's 4 or5 times and always a cut above.:thumbsup2

How dressed up to people get at Shula's? I'd like to go straight from HS or Epcot which means I'd be wearing comfy shoes and shorts.
