Shula's or Yachtsman?

I prefer Shula's, we've been there many times. Yachtsman is good but I like Shula's more. You can make reservations, it's fairly easy to get in to since it's not on the dining plan.

OK, so now that it looks like Shula's how hard is it to get in? It looks like they don't take reservations.

You may also book Shula's directly through MDE - complete with a WDW Reservation number.

...and I have GOT to comment on a personal experience, RE service. My dear wife, as we all have, once wacked a glass of water. Yup, whole thing hit the floor.
I'm not sure it had even HIT the floor before a good four people whisked out, removed the offense, provided a new glass, then looked up and said "What glass?".

I haven't seen that sort of thing since the early '60's .
