Looks like you have all of the responses you need, but I'm in for Shula's, too. While I enjoyed my meal at Yachtsman, I liked my seafood appetizer more than I did the big hunk of rib eye that I got. It was good, no doubt, but not so much better than what I could get on my own in a specialty market and cook myself, were I so inclined.
The rib eye I got at Shula's, on the other hand, was one of the better steaks I've had anywhere. Great cut and great preparation with quality a la carte sides for sharing. Can't really ask for much more from a higher end steakhouse.
Hey, if you have the time and money on this upcoming trip, why not try both?
(Do Yachtsman first, though.)
