I do not think they offer a pass holder discount, but they do take tables in wonderland. If its close to your birthday you can also sign up for Shula's club and you get a coupon for a free entree (with the purchase of one at the same or more cost) which is a great deal.

This is a great deal and I've taken advantage of it a few times. Unfortunately this promo is coming to an end at the end of the year from what I've read.
