SHULA'S
HAD ONE OF THE MOST MEMORABLE DINING EXPERIENCES AT SHULA'S , OUR SECOND TRIP THERE THIS TRIP- AND THE SERVICE WAS INCREDIBLE. THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING BUT THE SERVICE WAS THE BEST IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

we were there last night at 730 and didnt get drinks until 800. didnt get any food for another 15 minutes! they were not busy - they were actually less than half full! they seemed very nonchalant about the lack of service - stating " that is the way 'ohana's works"
just got off the phone with the general manager of 'OHANA's and he stated that they would not and could not do anything about the experience we had last night. he basically said they are busy enough not to have to worry about it ,if they drop the ball with a few customers. we were not looking for anything for free, and we explained that to him but we were wanting at least an apology that last night was uncalled for or at the very least not the norm for O"HANA's. BUT he continued to just say that they couldnt do anything about our bad experience last night . he was not a sincere man ! He seemed very unattentive and very much unapologetic. He was borderline pompous and could even have been flat our RUDE! WE WILL NEVER EAT AT O'HANA'S AGAIN! let me reiterate, we were not looking for a free meal or a discount, we were just wanting someone to at least ' act ' like they were sorry for our disappointment in their restaurant and service.
