We really like The Dixie Crossroads on International Dr and Oak Ridge Rd in the Festival Bay mall. We even take the Lynx bus to the I-trolley in order to get there since we fly in and stay at WDW without a car. Their broiled Rock Shrimp are out of this world. Check out their web site www.dixiecrossroadsorlando.com
I looked at the menu for this restaurant, and it looks really good! I guess I need to know more about the "Lynx bus" and "I-Trolley". I'll be going to WDW in May and staying on property without a car. I figured I'd be limited to staying in WDW. Can you give me more info on the bus and trolley?
Just wanted to let you know how to take the Lynx bus to the I-Trolley.From your hotel in WDW make your way to the Ticket and Transportation Center, the Lynx bus stop is around to the right of the Monorail stations. You want to catch the #50 bus. This bus will take you to the Sea World stop which doubles as a north bound I-Trolley stop. The southbound I-Trolley/Lynx bus stop is right across the street.go to www.Iridetrolley.com and www.golynx.com for more info. The lynx bus runs every 1/2 hour on the :09 and :39 from Sea World stop and and :18 and :48 from the TTC. The I-Trolley runs every 20 minuets. You can request maps, ect. from I-Trolley that show all thier stops and what business, hotels and restuarants are located along International Dr. We intend to do Dixie Crossroads again when we return in Jan 08 and will use the bus and trolley. If you go to the outlet malls or Festival Bay mall they stop right at the entrances so you do not have to walk across the parking lots.Have a great trip. If you need more help PM me.
