Is shrek out at Universal anywhere for pictures and autographs?

Yes, you can find him quite easily at 2 different places. Across the street from where you exit his attractions gift shop and right outside the Lucy tribute building.

Yep you can meet Shrek at Shrek's Ye Olde Souvenir Shoppe, across the street from the Shrek 4-D attraction exit.

When you're at the park you can check the map/show schedule for the exact times during your visit.

Currently the schedule through 4-02 is Daily 10am-12:45pm & 130pm-4:15pm

I have seen Shrek many times but I have never seen Fiona. Must have been there at the wrong times.

She was really into character too! She usually is not in just one place. To my surprise, many people did not go to her, we had a lot of fun with her!
