Shrek Fans - come hereth

I'm SO EXICTED!!! I can't WAIT to see this movie on Friday! (I know it comes out today - but I won't get to the theaters until Friday.)

From the reading I'm doing - it sounds like this is going to be an EXCELLENT movie!

and I just read this:

I saw the making of Shrek on HBO the other night! I can't wait to see it! I think the adults are more excited than the kids are!

I'm totally going by myself on Friday to a matinee (I don't care...) I'll drag DH to see it again after the initial fuss dies down!

This just cracks me up:

We're hoping to see it next week sometime. Shrek is the only one of ds's movies that cracks me up everytime I watch it. I notice something different every time that I didn't see before.

I've heard a lot of talk that Shrek 2 is better than the first one!

We bought our tickets on Sunday for a show tonight!

DH is actually going too - he usually never goes to the movies with the kids!

The kids are just thrilled, they watched Shrek in the car last night, so they're ready!

drs still say i shouldnttry and watch moivies in a darkened theatre, am going to have to miss shrek 2 and hp and poa in theater. i wanna see dementors and donkey so i get to stay hometill eye is fixed anyway. i realy miss things like that too.. oh well,, i can watch video on dvd,, just have to break em down to 30 min time frames . guess i get to get excited later when they come out on dvd and i go buy them.

awww...I'm so sorry.

If it's any help...I heard that they plan on having Harry Potter: POA on DVD by Thanksgiving.

already have both these on my call me asap when they are available list at local vidoe stores,, the stores here have been really good to let me know and keep me in the latest since i been hurt, and they all been reael good about lengthenbing the rental time for me so i have time to see whole thing too..

That's really cool that they do that for you Froggy. I read your story the other day. I'm so sorry for all the pain you are experiencing. My grandfather was killed by a drunk driver.

On to a lighter subject! I have some Shrek ears that I bought I'm not sure if I should wear them to work or not, but Devyn and Chris already said they're going to go to the other end of the theater if I wear them!!

We may go to see it tonight depending on when Dev's practice ends, but if not tonight, then definately Friday afternoon.

Did you get them at the Ye Olde Souvinere Shoppee at Universal?

My DH said he would divorce me if I bought/wore those. (we were on our honeymoon at the time! heheheh)
