Show of hands: who's going?

-Kevin

I hope to...I have AP but never got any notice about special times to go and see it. Can you just show up with your pass, or do you need the notice?

We dont need no stinkin notice! I hope :p
I didnt get one yet either!

According to the mail out, you and a guest can "be among the first to experience this brand new attraction" by presenting your "2-Park Annual Pass at the Shrek 4-D entrance", but, "By order of Lord Farquaad you MUST bring this coupon to receive your [FREE SHREK] suprise!".

I'm always one of the last people to get the AP notices, so, this being my birthday month, they decided to send mine out early and all ya'lls late. Just a theory. ;)

Yeah, I rarely get stuff sent in the mail either! No fair!!
Well, it sounds like you don't HAVE to present any notice, just your card. *phew* Guess I'll try it out!!
:D

Doin' the Sat. am from 8-1 pm.
Called AP ph.# and was assured it's happening then also (barring ride problems of course).
Newsletter only listed the Fri. nite 8-12 pm. Just got it yesterday.

Strange, mine says Monday, June 9th.

I don't know why they would do it on a Monday, but that is bad since I'm going Saturday, the 7th :(

See, thats what my friend said a week ago. Atleast what he was told at the park. He told me that there would be a choice between June 6, 7, 8 and 9, and that you would have to email in your perfered day.

This would make the most sense, since not everybdy cane make it on an assigned day. I, for example, would be able to make the trip easier if it was Monday. I had to specifically ask for the day off on Friday, using my birthday as an excuse, just so I could make the preview.

Now, if I can actually choose, which day to attend, that would make all the difference.

From talking to the passholder line you don't have a choice of which day you want to attend. Due to the number of passholders that they have they assigned you a day. If you haven't recieved your invitation by the 8th you can call and they will add you to the list. I just realized that the 8th is a Sunday and they are closed. I guess I had better call back tomorrow and get a better clerification.

Saturday when we got to the park they had removed most of the wall around the doors across from Jimmy Neutron. I (of course) ran like a fool hoping it was open!!! But, alas, I guess I'll just have to see this some time in the future!!

Ya'll have fun!

We haven't gotten the latest Passport, either, and we leave tomorrow. I called the passholder hotline #,1-800-564-5764, and was instructed to visit guest relations at the park, show our AP, and we would be given an "invitation." So, that's what we'll do. YAY! I wonder if you just get to ride once? Should have asked, I guess.
Thanks for bringing this topic up, folks, otherwise I would never have known about the AP preview. Then, of course, I also wouldn't be obsessing about the Universal Express -marked Kodak Max cameras!!!
