Shrek 2 DVD!

i just bought the Shrek 2 DVD today and watched it, that movie is so funny, i saw it in the movies and was cracking up. I like the game you can play on the DVD called Far Far Away Idol...its like American Idol lol..its so funny...i recommend buying the DVD, its worth it!

DH works the night shift and picked it up on his way home from work last night. I was still in 'new baby sleep-deprived' mode when we saw it at the drive-in, so it was a whole new movie to me today. (a really funny one, at that!)

We bought it for our daughter for one of her Christmas presents...I know it is going to be hard to avoid it now for the next two months! LOL On November 30th we will buy the Spiderman 2 DVD for my son for Christmas. I think these two DVD's are the only ones they asked for this year!

Shrek 2 was great and the kids really loved it! The best part is that we got to see it at Universal Studios since we were in Florida when it came out!

We just bought ours too. I'd considered getting it when DD wasn't with me to keep until Christmas but knew I couldn't wait that long. She watched the movie earlier but I was trying to get some housework done so was a bit distracted. I haven't even checked out any of the extra features but will be doing so soon.

We got the set from Wal Mart that includes a music CD. It's got some songs from the movie on it plus some that can be used for karaoke. DD just got a karaoke machine so I know will have fun with that as well. For anyone who hasn't bought there's yet and is near a Wal Mart, we only paid $15.88 for the set - just a buck more than the price of the DVD alone. I think the CD was only available with the DVD not with the VHS.

I got mine today as well. Best Buy had it for $15.99 and it included a bonus disk but I don't know what's on it.

I've already seen it twice in the movies but can watch it again and again.

We picked up ours today too and we've already watched it. There's no way I could keep it until Christmas because I'm too impatient to watch it myself!

We got ours Friday and tried to watch it last night but something was wrong with the dvd and about half-way through the movie it became all choppy and continued throughout the rest of the movie. Very disappointing we'll have to exchange it. I did, however, watch Far Far Away Idol and it was very cute- I enjoyed Simon in it very much too . I also watched the technical goofs- very good idea instead of just the bloopers it was real mistakes made by the computers, I laughed so hard I was crying, but then again I'll laugh at anything.

We got ours last night for 14.99 at Walmart. Didn't get the bonus disk version because it was $5 more and if we want to hear the songs, we can just put in the dvd..

I bought it on Friday and watched it Friday night. LOVE it! (saw it in the theaters the day it came out)

Just got back from a birthday party for my friend's 4 year old...it was at a movie theater - guess what they played - Shrek 2! hehehe

so I've seen it twice this weekend and it STILL cracks me up

I bought it today, with the intention of giving it to DS6 and DS4 for Christmas...Any wagers as to how long it will take me to break that intention??
