How do you show your Disney pride in your day to day life? Here are some of our ways.....
- We use our refill mugs everday! Coffee + refill mug +!
- I have a MickeyMouse trailer hitch cover on my Expedition
-Some of the flags we hang out for different seasons/occasions have Disney characters on them.
-Tiffany style charm bracelet with a silver Mickey on it ( says it all when the bracelet has all of your childrens charms, anniversary charm, my heart charm w/ monagram, and then Mickey Mouse!)
-Italian style bracelet with "wish upon a star"
Come on share with us!!! ::MickeyMo

Just an everyday reminder of our upcoming trip (that I've been planning for 8 months now :) ), I have "It's a Small World" ringtone. So everytime the phone rings, I think "We're going to Disney soon"! :flower:

We have a pirate mickey antena cover, my seat cover in the truck is Mickey, we use our mugs daily as well. My cell phone cover is Jessie. My DD and I have our zippini bracelets and all of the charms are from Disney World.
my email indicator is the horn form the disney cruise ship, all of teh frames in our house are oak with mickey ears cut out. The spare bathroom is all princess, and my husbands bathroom is classic mickey... and then there is the lamps and telephone in the family room...All of the outside patio ware is mickey acrylic... The easter decorations are all pooh.. The xmas tree in the family room is all disney, and the pink princess one I put up for my daughter in her room at xmas, then there's the electric pumpkins that are mickey's face...LOL

I think that is just about everything ! Oh and the odd pair of Pj's..

I let my kids read my Disney book collection from the 70's.

I wear a Mickey watch and use my Disney slip-on shoes regularly. I have a lot of Mickey shirts, too.

My kitchen is now Disney-themed.

:earsgirl:

:earsgirl:Well here goes: DVC license plate, mickey ears antenna topper, all of our collected refillable mugs are displayed above my kitchen cabinets, pin collection on the wall display full of disney collectibles, Pooh desk accessories at work along with disney cruiseline postcards on my bulletin board and lastly a whole room in my house with disney border, mouseears covering one wall, framed posters, and every stuffed disney character imaginable!!! Oh and I wear my 50th anniversary watch every day!!!!

Thanks to all who have posted. I love how some of you have decorated different rooms in your houses w/ a Disney theme! If you ever want to share photo's I'd love to see them! Thanks

I have a Mickey watch I wear everyday. I got it several years ago for my 30th birthday. I was thinking the other day that I will be devastated should anything ever happen to it. I have not seen another like it. Mickey winks, blinks, rolls his eyes, and smiles. The "alarm" is the Mickey Mouse Club March.

I have just about every antenna topper ever made and change often.

I have the "Been There, Done That, Going Back" license plate frame.

Our foyer, main hallway, family room and the hallway to the kids bedrooms are done completely in Disney. We have approximately 25 framed Disney prints and puzzles, everything from WDW to DVC to DCL. We have around 20 more pieces waiting to be framed.

The topper on the fountain in our front yard is Mickey & Minnie standing under an umbrella.

My husband and I own a small business that requires that I carry a binder with me at all times. My carry bag is Bambi.

The ring tone on my cell phone is Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride from Lilo & Stitch.

The screensaver on my cell phone is a picture of one of our DCL prints.

Let's see on my Escape i have the been there, done that, going back license plate frame thing, there are antenna toppers for every holiday and whatever sport is appropriate and the new item in the SUV is the Mickey/Goofy/Donald wheel cover. Everyday to work I have a Disney watch of some kind (I don't own any other kind) and my name badge is diplayed in a WDW cast ID holder that I got while I was a CM. My house the main bathroom is Mickey, my bedroom has all of my Disney beanies displayed in cases on shelves, the kitchen is Mickey and then there is our family room which is a Disney room with lots of stuff. I am now making my own paver stones to be used in my landscaping next spring that are Disney themed one of which will duplicate our stone in front of the MK at WDW.. For Halloween we currently have Jack Skellington and FrankenGoofy lights up in windows. The christmas tree is entirly Disney ornements. And oh yes my sterling silver mouse ear necklace I never take off. I think that hits it...

Lets see, our bathroom is "Mick-a-tized" as my niece describes it!, Mickey and friends watch, Mickey and others from McDonalds in my room, pics and frames from past trips, shirts, Lilo and Stitch salt and pepper shakers, we use our mugs from our past hotels, ringers on my phone (its a small world, helemenolilo, and under the sea) I think that may be about it....

Our computer room has wall to wall old Disney album covers on them, plus some posters and other Disney stuff thrown around the room as well.

Fun thread!

Our half bath is Mickey and our guest bath is Classic Pooh.

Our office is Disney (posters, staplers, picture frames, tape dispenser, snow globes, etc.).

Our kitchen is mostly Mickey, with some random other Disney cookie jars.

DS's (15 mos.) room and the guest room are both done in Classic Pooh.

We have original Disney movie posters throughout the house (both live action and cartoons).

Our laptop bag and camera bag are both Mickey.

Both cars have Disney license plate frames, and we have lots of antenna toppers (but since we've had them stolen before, I only use a plain one most of the time).

I wear a Mickey watch every day and usually one of my three Mickey necklaces.

And of course we have lots of Disney sweat shirts, t-shirts, socks, undies, etc.!

I almost forgot! Our X-mas tree is all Disney, as are the rest of our X-mas and Halloween decorations.

May I just say that it is refreshing to be able to admit all of that to a group of people that won't consider us complete freaks?!

I had my daughter's toy box custom painted with Tinkerbell on the top sprinkling pixie dust over the side onto our house, turning it into Cinderella castle.

One of my 20 month old daughter's first words was "Mo"...her name for Mickey Mouse.

To avoid getting made fun of too much, I try to keep things simple with subtle Mickey icons wherever I can (although now that I look around my house, I haven't actually been that subtle).

I could go on and on but here's a few

-The Mickey Ears with Sorcerer Hat antena ball
-Cast Member (former) name tag is taped to my montor at work
-Large framed Disneyland wall map in our home office/den
-Partners statue on the table by our front door
-WDW 20th Anniversary keychain

Just the tip of the iceberg.

Great idea for a thread. We of course have mickey antenna toppers, have mickey jewlery, lots of disney coffee mugs, and I am sure much more. My favorite way to capture the magic is when we have family gatherings we always seem to all relax after a great holiday meal and watch our home videos of our Disney vacations. We always go to Disney in large groups as a family, sometimes sisters, brothers, grandkids, kids, and granparents.. all ages.. My father went to Disney for the first time when he was about 72 years of age with me,my DH, my DS, my mom, my sister, her husband and 3 kids and also some friends. He loved Disney :goodvibes :goodvibes

I drink my morning coffee out of a "castle" mug that has Tink on the inside rim. princess: Then I drive :moped: to work in my car with a "#1 MM Fan" tag on the front and a Tinkerbell dangle and a small Jiminy plush in the back window. I have a file cabinet in my office that the side faces my desk and it's covered with my collection of Disney magnetic bumper stickers and other assorted Disney magnets. The top of one file cabinet has my favorite Disney toys from McDonalds , a WDW baseball (a gift) & my Peter Pan tape dispenser I got in the book store @MGM. :teeth:
I sit down at my desk and remove my pens from the castle/monorail musical pencil holder and start another lovely day as a Medicaid caseworker. :badpc: Sometimes I sneak a look @ the Dis on a break. Then I go home at the end of the day and enjoy a cup of coffee after dinner in my beautiful "castle" mug that has Tink on the inside rim.... :cloud9:

Mickey Mouse pumpkin antenna topper and just put a Mickey Mouse Huggies diaper on my toddler-LOL.
Of course the multiple Disney T-shirts, refillable mugs, and bags.

:earsgirl:

We have our Disney coffee mugs (I use daily) and DH takes his Wilderness Lodge travel mug to work each day. SOMEONE TOOK our Mickey antenna topper. :sad2:
I have several Disney shirts and sweatshirts-I've bought DH a few that he wore in WDW, but doesn't wear too often at home :confused3 . Both DDs have Disney stuff-toys, clothing, etc. that they love! DD6 will be Ariel for Halloween!! :flower:

My Disney pride is tattooed onto my body. So I get to see it and show it off everyday. Let's see- there's Tink, 2 Tiggers, Pooh hugging Eeyore, Flounder and Sorcerer Mickey. I have a Tinkerbell window decal on my car and change my antenna tag to fit the season, but is always a Disney related one. My DH has POTC on his antenna right now pirate: . I have pics of me with Tigger up at work that I seem to stare at all day and dream about seeing him again in January :cloud9: . My DD has Princess stuff everywhere. I wear either my Pooh coat or my WDW coat everyday. The list goes on and on and on.......... :cool1:

Lori

PS My DD is going to be Sleeping Beauty for Halloween and I'm going to be Maleficent :maleficen
