Showing up early for ADR @ Chef Mickey's ??

We are a family of 4 going Feb4-11 (me,DH,DD7 & DD4).
I just decided to try to do Chef Mickey's on our first night (Saturday Feb 4th).
However, the earliest ADR time they had was 7:40.
I'm worried this will run way too late by the time we get back to our resort for bed (POFQ).
What happens if you show up early for an ADR (say 1 hour).
Will they try to seat you when they can?
or do they make you wait for your appointed time?

Its always a possibility that you can get seated earlier, but there's no real way of knowing until you get there.

I would suggest continuing to call every day, or few days, from now until youn leave to try and get an earlier time. They occasionally open up.

In August, we had ADR's for Mama Melrose's and the only time I could get was 5pm, a little early for us. I called a few more times, nothing. Day of the ADR, I called in the morning and was able to switch to 6:30pm. Showed up around 6 and was seated within 10 minutes.

If not, I'll let you all know if we were able to be sat early!
