Showing Thanks

DH & I are heading to WDW for the half marathon and I was wondering how you show appreciation to CM for great service. I am a school teacher so I love to do something to say "thank you for the extra that you did."

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Tell them "Thank you". Leave a written message with the resort manager or other manager telling what they did and why you appreciate that CM.

On our second trip I gave out little Disney cards of Thanks with our family name and town and country on it. I had them lamanated so they would keep. I also wrote letters to supervisiors about staff who went that little extra for our family.

Definitely let a supervisor or Guest Relations know about the Cast Member. I think this is the best way to say "thanks."
