We have a DD, turning 9 in November who could pass for at least a 12 year old. She is 5 feet tall, and growing fast. Frequently she is assumed to be much older than she is, until people see her actions and hear her talk, which are more age appropriate. Do I need to concern myself with taking ID to prove her age, for when we get to the gates each morning? (We are going to WDW over Christmas.) She has a passport, which we could carry with us if necessary, but I hate to take it if it's really not needed. We are pre-buying our tickets at the Disney Store, so I'm sure I won't have to show any ID there, and she probably won't be with us when tickets are purchased.
On a related note, We're actually going to buy a PH Plus ticket with two additional days than we need, to save for an upcoming vacation after this December's. Do I need to worry about her turning 10 and not being able to use these tickets? I'm just thinking out loud about this.
